TechArt Porsche 911 Carrera 4S

TechArt the well known Porsche tuner has released a tuning package for the 911 Carrera 4S. The available upgrades for the four-wheel drive version of the 911 concern both mechanical and cosmetic aspects of the car. Starting off with the Carrera 4S' 3.8-liter boxer engine, a reprogrammed ECU and a "Racing" flap-controlled exhaust system that includes two stainless steel racing headers as well as a sports catalytic converter, rear muffler with exhaust flap, an exhaust flap control unit and twin oval tailpipes in high-gloss or black chrome, boost output from 385HP to 415HP.

To improve handling, TechArt offers a sport suspension featuring coilover shock absorbers with an adjustable rebound and pressure stage plus special main and additional springs. There's also a 'nose-lift' system that raises the vehicle's ride height by up to 60mm (for speeds up to 60km/h - 37mph) at a toch of a button to tackle curbsides and other ramps.



Buyers may also opt to equip the 911 Carrera 4S with 19 or 20 inch alloy wheels in various designs as well as a new aero kit that consists of a front spoiler, side skirts, roof spoiler, decorative trim for the exterior mirrors and headlamp surrounds, three different rear wings plus a new rear diffuser.

For the interior, TechArt's offerings range from a plethora of different leathers and three-spoke spoke airbag steering wheel designs to aluminum pedals and trim strips.

TECHART reveals new Porsche Boxster/Cayman

TechArt tuner has released a new package for both the Porsche Boxster and the Porsche Cayman facelifts. Amongst the upgrades are a pair of TÜV certified aerokits incorporating LED daytime runners, as well as carbon fiber interior touches, and sport springs.

For the exterior, the aerokits includes a front spoiler, body colored spoiler lip, side sills, and freshened up rear end. TechArt optimized the aerokits in a wind tunnel, making them as aerodynamic as they could. Developments from the testing helped to increase the downforce at multiple points on the car, including at the back where a rigid rear spoiler and apron help keep the car on the road at high speeds.



A set of either 19 or 20 inch aluminum wheels is fitted to the car and this help to keep the brakes visible. Besides that a set of sport springs is fitted to the car as well. On either vehicle, the chassis can be dropped by up to 30 mm, depending on the customers' demands. Automatically adjusting daytime lights also dim when a turn signal is switched on.

Back into the cockpit, TechArt uses one of a pair of carbon interiors in tandem with aluminum pedals, three-spoke steering wheel, and lit entry sills. The company also offers a wide variety of customized interiors that use any number of leather materials, colors, and seams.

TECHART Magnum Porsche Cayenne Turbo S

TECHART a well known Germany tuner will present the TECHART magnum which is based on the Porsche Cayenne Turbo S at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show next week. The TECHART Magnum Porsche Cayenne Turbo S comes with a T2.2 performance package that increases the engine output to 680 hp (500 kW)and 900 Nm of maximum torque at 4,200 rpm. With all the power it get, the car able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds, 0 to 200 km/h in 14.5 seconds with the top speed of 308 km/h.

For the exterior, the Magnum features components made from high quality PUR-RIM material which consist of new front apron with larger air inlets, new fenders and sill panels, new rear apron with an integrated diffuser, two stainless steel double-flow exhaust pipes, TECHART Sport air suspension system module that lowers the car by 30 mm and 20 to 23-inch TECHART Formula and Formula II alloy wheels. The car also comes with multi-functional TECHART day driving light system which consists of day driving lighting, side lighting, parking lighting and indicator lights.

Back into the car cabin, the TECHART Magnum Porsche Cayenne Turbo S is equipped with the new de Sede Classic S line featuring the finest quality leather and unique design and air-conditioned seats.

TechArt Cayenne Diesel

TechArt has plan to introduce a new tuning package for the Porsche Cayenne Diesel. The tuning package for the diesel Cayenne doesn't offer anything in terms of added horsepower. Dubbed Aerokit I, the new styling package consists of a variety of TechArt parts which help to give the Cayenne Diesel a more aggressive and sporting appearance. A new front spoiler, aerodynamic side sills, a discrete roof spoiler, a new rear apron which features an integrated diffuser, and double oval exhaust pipes. The styling package also features some minor interior touches such as a new sports steering wheel and aluminum pedals.

A set of 10.0 x 21 ET 57 Formula metal alloy rims with 295/35 R21 Continental tires or body-color 10.0 x 22 ET 55 rims which also feature Continental rubber. The lowered sports suspension should ensure that they fill up the wheel-wells quite nicely.

Techart Porsche 911 GTstreet R

TechArt has released GT street Porsche 911 Turbo during the Essen Motor Show. These arrangements add up to something like this: a 3.6-litre twin-turbo engine boosted from the standard 473hp (480PS/ 353kW) to 650hp (660PS/ 485kW). That's correct, 600 horses plus another 50 for full effect. The car able to produce 860Nm of torque. Besides that, the car able to accelerate from 0 to 100km/h in 3.4 seconds and has a top speed of 340km/h. These numbers are thanks mostly to an improved sports air filter, large carbon fiber inlet pipes, special intercoolers, a sports exhaust system, Tiptronic S gearbox and of course those shiny new turbos.

For the exterior, TechArt added looks to the tune of side carbon flics, headlight trims, sill panels, a rear spoiler, rear apron, aero bonnet and front bumper with carbon fiber splitter. The car is fitted with a set of TECHART Formula III forged light metal wheels, one-piece front 8.5Jx20 with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup Plus tyres in dimensions 245/30 ZR 20, back 12Jx20 with 315/25 R 20.
